Drop a PDF spec sheet, manual, certificate, packaging shot, product photo, or supplier email. Central reads it, extracts structured facts, attaches the source citation, and adds it to the verified product record.
Every brand has the same shared folder. Spec sheets, manuals, certificates, packaging shots, unboxing videos, supplier emails. The facts exist — just not in your catalog, not in your PIM, not in any channel.
Central opens every file, reads what it says, and writes the facts into the verified product record — with the source citation attached.
Every extracted fact carries a citation — the file, the page, the timestamp, the bounding box. If two sources agree, the fact ships. If only one source claims it, it sits in review.
How a document gets read.
The promise: if the document doesn't say it, Central doesn't write it. Every extracted fact links back to the bytes that produced it.
Open any product in Central and the Sources tab shows every file that contributed: type, size, when it was read, how many facts it produced, and what review state each fact is in.
Re-process a document and every fact it backed updates automatically. Replace a spec sheet with a newer version and the dependent fields refresh, with the old citation preserved in the audit log.
Spec sheets become typed attributes. Manuals become buyer FAQs and care guidance. Certificates become trust signals. Product images yield color, finish, included parts. Videos yield timestamps for accessory shots and transcript-mined facts.
Every output ties back to the document and the citation it came from. Open any field in the record — see the exact PDF page, image region, or video timestamp it was extracted from.
grounded · cited · re-processableThe same Smeg TSF01 product line. A shared drive on the left. The canonical record on the right — every field linked to the file, page, image region, or video frame it came from.
PDFs (spec sheets, manuals, certificates, brochures), DOCX, plain text, product images (JPG, PNG, WebP), product videos (MP4, MOV, WebM with transcripts and frame sampling), and supplier emails (EML, MSG). Every extracted fact is cited back to the file, page, region, or timestamp.
Each fact in the verified record links back to its source — PDF page and table, manual section, certificate ID, image bounding box, or video timestamp. Click any field and Central opens the source at the exact location.
Conflicts route to review. Manufacturer-issued sources (spec sheets, manuals, certificates) outrank marketing material. Conflicting claims stay held until the merchant resolves them or a second authoritative source agrees.
Re-process a document and every fact it backed updates automatically. The audit log preserves the old citation so you can always trace what changed and when.
